To access Nimba,
- Log in to the application,
- Scroll to the bottom-left corner,
- Click the ‘Chat with Nimba’ icon.

- HR Help: Paxcom employees can get details on HR policies right away.

Additionally, super admins and admins can add, sync chatbot files, and documents, ensuring Nimba always has the most up-to-date resources to assist you. To add files via admin or superadmin click

- Select Admin or Super-Admin console, shown below
Admins can add more content to the chatbot by uploading documents through the admin section of the application. To upload additional documents, follow these steps:
- Click on your user profile.
- Select the Admin Console option.
- Navigate to the Chatbot feature under the Organization Features list.
Each admin user can upload up to 10 files for chatbot training, with a maximum size of 10 MB per file. Additionally, the Superadmin can replace the chatbot’s default prompt if needed.
