Organization usage summary:
As an organization admin, you can monitor usage summaries by accessing the third icon i.e. usage summary icon on the admin console page. This page provides insights into various aspects of the organization, such as the number of workflows and teams created, as well as approvals initiated and granted. The information is displayed in a table format with weekly data counts as shown below in the image:
You can view the summary of active users, tasks created, and tasks completed. By default, the summary for the past year is selected, but you can use the dropdown to view the last six months or select specific dates with the custom option.
You can deselect options in the bar graph to view active users, tasks created, and tasks completed independently.
