Configure project settings

Project setting page:

Settings tab:

  • A color code for the project can be selected from the top left corner to distinguish it from other projects:

  • The project name can be updated in the tab located next to the color selection.
  • The following options can be edited just below the project settings:
    • Project Code
    • Team Name
    • Privacy 
    • Start date/End date
    • Status of the project

  • The define project stages panel can be used to both add and delete project stages:

    • The workflow panel located under the project settings sidebar can be used to update the privacy settings and default assignee of the workflow: 

Members tab

  • Adding members – click on add user icon, find the member, choose a role for the members to add them as an owner, a collaborator, a follower or a guest:

  • Search – you can search for an already added member by their name or an email, member will be displayed:
  • Member’s role – you can change the role and remove a member as shown below:
