External Flow elements in Drutas automate task transitions, streamlining movement between teams and boosting productivity.
The Workflow page provides two ways to automate your tasks: Linear and Smart Flow Elements.
Linear Flow Elements
You can add Linear Flow Elements during workflow setup or directly through the task sidebar, providing the flexibility to customize as your team’s needs change.
These elements automate the process of moving tasks between teams or users, ensuring seamless workflow without manual intervention.
Smart Flow Elements
Smart Workflows offer advanced automation by integrating email triggers and conditional switch nodes. Can be configured exclusively during the initial workflow setup; however, elements may be updated once a task has been generated from that workflow, you have the flexibility to add, edit, or remove elements within that workflow.
