Drutas will utilize Customer Data as per the instructions provided by the customer. This includes delivering the Services, adhering to terms outlined in the Customer Agreement, utilizing service functionalities, and complying with relevant laws. We utilize account information, usage data, cookie data, and any additional information provided to Drutas for enhancing overall user experience from time to time. 

Account Deletion:

User accounts cannot be directly deleted by users. Only organization administrators can address account deletion via the web version. However, administrators have the option to deactivate the entire organization through the mobile application. Following deactivation, users from the organization cannot access the application, and all associated data will be removed.

Privacy Controls:

While we own the application’s code and databases, you maintain ownership rights over your data. You have control over the information we collect and its usage. Drutas does not sell your data to third parties or share it without your consent. When using third-party services and hosting partners, we ensure GDPR compliance.

Permissions:

Drutas may request access to certain device features, such as camera or files, to provide enhanced functionality and seamless user experience. However, Drutas only accesses such features with explicit user consent, and users have full control over granting or revoking these permissions at any time through their device settings.

Your information is retained until the organization is deactivated by the administrator. Once an organization is removed the user records for that account are deactivated and removed.
