What is a System Stream?
Workspace managers use streams to share important information like team sprint plans, upcoming product releases, and significant updates, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the workspace.
How to create a stream
- Click the Spaces icon on the left sidebar menu icon
- Click the Stream icon of the Space where you’re a manager
- There will be three icons that will remain visible when you’re a manager in a Sapce, these icons will be available on space card hover
- Enter stream content in the description field and choose to share it with all organization users or just team members within the same workspace as shown below in the image:
- The distribution list on the left side of the page allows you to make a selection of the users. You can choose to share the stream with all users or all teams, or you can select a specific team(s)
