How to Access the Team Settings Page:
A Team owner or a collaborator can access the team settings page during the team creation process or by clicking the team’s settings gear icon, as shown in the image below:
Team collaborators can access the settings page but cannot make changes to the team name, team code, or team stages.
Bookmark your team:
Easily bookmark your team for quick access! Simply click the star button on the top left side of the page as highlighted in the below image, and your team will be readily available under the Teams tab.
Bookmarked teams will be listed here under the teams tab, as shown below in the image:
Customize your team codes to fit your team’s task code:
A team code is seen when a task is created using the project/team, a default code is created during the team creation. However this can be changed if you want to change it, as highlighted below in the image:
Team/Project stages:
By default, a team or project includes three stages: To Do, In Progress, and Completed. You can add more stages to suit your project or team, which will then be visible during task creation.
