What is a Task Code

A Task Code is a unique identifier used as a ticket ID to easily find and reference specific tasks within the application. There are two types of Task Codes for convenient task management.

My Board Task Code:

When you register on Drutas, a Task Code is automatically generated based on your profile information, uniquely identifying you and helping in organizing and referencing your tasks.

To locate or change your Task Code, click your profile image in the top right, then select your name. In the “Profile Preference” section of the popup, you’ll find “My Task Code” in the middle of the page, shown below:
 

Team/Project’s Code

When a Team/Project is created by default a task code is also generated using the first four initials of the team name. 

To locate or update your team’s code, select the team, click the settings gear icon, and on the settings page, you will find the team/project code displayed below.

  • Board, Team/Project codes can be found on the top of the tasks created within the respective teams, shown below:
